Terms of use

Last updated 6 August 2026

These terms cover your use of this website. They are short because the website does very little.

What this website is

A description of a product that is being built and that customers cannot use yet, together with a way of asking to be told when they can.

Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation, a recommendation or advice, and nothing on it can be accepted or acted on as though it were. The statement at the foot of every page sets out our position in full and takes precedence over anything you read elsewhere here.

What we do not promise

That the product described will be built as described, that it will be launched, or that it will be launched by any particular date. The design may change and the plan may change.

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Using the waitlist

Give us your own email address, not somebody else's. We may remove any address from the list, and we may withdraw the form entirely.

Joining the list gives you no priority, no entitlement and no agreement of any kind with us. It means only that we intend to send you one message when there is something to say.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
