Privacy notice

Last updated 6 August 2026

This website collects one thing: an email address, if you choose to give us one so we can tell you when InsPay is available. This notice explains what happens to it.

Who is responsible for your information

The controller of your information is InsPay UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16954115. You can reach us at privacy@goinspay.com.

What we collect

Your email address, and the date and time you gave it to us. That is the whole of it. We do not ask for your name, your address, your date of birth, your vehicle, your insurance details or anything about your finances.

We do not use cookies, we do not run analytics and we do not track you across other websites. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

So that we can send you a message when InsPay is available to use. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and which you can withdraw at any time.

We will not send you marketing about anything else, and we will not sell, share or pass your address to any other organisation.

Where it is kept, and for how long

In a database hosted in the European Economic Area, provided by Neon. This website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as processors on our instructions and neither uses your address for its own purposes.

We keep your address until InsPay launches and we have told you, and for up to twelve months after that. If InsPay does not launch, we delete the list. If you ask us to remove you sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email privacy@goinspay.com and we will act on it within one month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you gave us the chance to put it right first.
